Webinar - Health, Wellness, & Employee Engagement

The World Health Organization defines a healthy workplace as one in which workers and managers collaborate to use a continual improvement process to protect and promote the health, safety, and well-being of all workers and the sustainability of the workplace. In addition, The Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychologists (SIOP) lists employee wellness as the top HR trend going into 2017. But what is the importance of wellness in the workplace? More importantly, is it an issue of employee engagement, or is it a separate topic? How does it affect engagement? Finally, how do organizations determine the health and wellness of their employees and put a continuous improvement process in place?

Join Norm Baillie-David, SVP, Engagement, as he draws on his first-hand experience leading organizations through the journey of increased employee engagement. He will highlight proven initiatives that improve health and wellness and provide context around the return on investment companies receive when tackling this important subject.
