Over the last 15+ years, TalentMap has amassed an extensive database of employee engagement survey data from more than one million employees in thousands of organizations. The Conference Board of Canada, in collaboration with TalentMap, has conducted extensive analysis on this data to determine what the progress has been in improving employee engagement, and just as importantly, what the key drivers of that engagement are. What the Conference Board found is somewhat unsettling: that employee engagement has not improved much at all.

Join Norm Baillie-David, SVP of TalentMap, and Ruth Wright, Director Leadership and Human Resources Research of The Conference Board of Canada, as we highlight the trends in employee engagement, identify the key drivers, and most importantly, explore the reasons for the lack of improvement in engagement, and provide some tips and advice as to how you and your organization can avoid those pitfalls.
