Employee Engagement Action Planning for Dummies - John’s alarm goes off at 7 a.m. He jumps out of bed, looking forward to the busy workday ahead: He has a one-on-one meeting with his manager to brainstorm ideas about new projects; he’ll take part in a learning workshop in the afternoon; and he always enjoys checking in with his coworkers to see how they’re doing. Oh, yeah — and it’s a Monday morning.

This scenario sounds great, doesn’t it? Clearly, John likes his job and his workplace.
