Talentmap has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting your privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for our research in part 1 and our Web site at www.talentmap.com in part 2.

Part 1: Survey Research

Confidentiality of Individual Talentmap Survey Responses

Each Talentmap survey response collected from any one respondent shall be kept strictly confidential and shall not be divulged by Talentmap to the client or client's management team or to any third party.


Confidentiality of Aggregated Client Survey Data

The Client survey data comprising all Talentmap survey responses received from Client respondents, and any tabulation, reporting or analysis thereof, is the property of the Client, shall be kept strictly confidential and shall not be divulged by Talentmap to any third party for any purpose whatsoever except with the express written consent of a duly authorized Client representative.

Talentmap Benchmark

Notwithstanding the paragraph above, Client survey data may be aggregated and averaged with survey data collected from other Talentmap clients to create a Talentmap benchmark. TalentMap hereby warrants that any Talentmap benchmark shall include the survey data of not less than five (5) different clients so as to protect the confidentiality of the survey data of any one client. The Talentmap benchmark may be divulged to third parties and/or used for promotional purposes by Talentmap.

Real-Time Sampling of Talentmap Survey Data

The Client may designate, in writing to TalentMap, a reasonable number of authorized representatives who shall receive password-restricted access over the Internet to the Client's Talentmap survey response data in real-time as it is recorded and compiled on Talentmap 's server. Said authorized Client representatives: (i) shall have access to Client survey data; (ii) shall have access to Talentmap benchmark data; (iii) shall not have access to responses collected from any one Talentmap survey respondent; and (iv) shall not have access to the survey data of any other Talentmap client.

Part 2: Web Site

Web Server Logging Practices

When you contact our Web server, the server automatically logs your IP address. We use this log to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Your IP address may also be used to gather broad demographic information so that we can understand the profile of visitors to our Web site.


Cookies
Our Web site uses cookies to keep track of your session information in certain 'registered user areas'. We also use cookies to enhance our user profiling capabilities in order to build a better Web site. We use cookies to track repeat visitors and to create aggregate profiles of the most used site areas.

Registration Forms
Our Web site may feature a registration form inviting visitors, at their discretion, to volunteer contact information (such as name and email address). We may use this contact information gathered from the registration form to send visitors information about our company and its services and/or to contact visitors. Visitors who have volunteered contact information at our Web site can at any time opt-out of receiving mailings and/or contacts from Talentmap. Order Forms
Our Web site may feature an order form inviting prospective customers to request company publications, purchase products or subscribe to services. To meet this request, we may collect contact information (such as name and email address) and financial information (such as credit card numbers) volunteered by the customer. Financial information may be used to bill the customer for products and services. Contact information may be used to get in touch with the customer when necessary. Customers who have volunteered contact information at our Web site can at any time opt-out of receiving publications and/or contacts from Talentmap. Online Survey Forms
From time to time our Web site may feature an on-line survey. Visitors to our Web site who volunteer to respond to the on-line survey may be asked to provide contact information (such as email address) and demographic information (such as age or income level). We use this information to demonstrate Talentmap's on-line survey technological capability. We may also use this information to improve and refine the layout and content of our Web site, or to contact the survey respondent when necessary. Survey respondents who have volunteered contact information at our Web site can at any time opt-out of receiving contacts from Talentmap. Third Parties
Under no circumstances will Talentmap share, disseminate or otherwise divulge any personal or contact information volunteered by any visitor to our Web site with any third party without the visitor's prior express authorization. Talentmap does not supplement any personal or contact information volunteered by visitors to our Web site with information received from third parties.

Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All our Internet servers are maintained at a location that offers the widest range of physical security features.

Choice/Opt-Out
Visitors to our Web site are provided with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from Talentmap at the point where we request contact information about the visitor. To have your personal information removed or modified, contact us at the email address listed below.
