If you are defined as a large company, you have more than 500 completed responses. TalentMap uses a multiple regression analysis to predict drivers of engagement for your organization. We use overall engagement as the dependent variable and the remaining overall scores (i.e. Overall Compensation, Overall Work Life Balance, Overall Performance Feedback, Overall Personal Growth etc…) as independent variables and are loaded into the regression model. We also look at your agreement scores to determine relative strengths or opportunities. For example: Company A Beta 2008 (stepwise method) Personal Growth 0.357359768 Innovation 0.095178863 Customer Focus 0.033868804 Information & Communication 0.012920954 Teamwork 0.071695504 Work Life Balance -0.032816251 Immediate Manager 0.255042065 Senior Leadership 0.041207745 Performance Scale -0.070363795 Organizational Vision 0.179200584 Work Environment 0.102746916 Compensation 0.123454783 From your data above we see that Personal Growth, Immediate Management and Organization Vision have the strongest beta weights. We can also determine that Personal Growth has approximately 3 x the impact on engagement as for example Information and Communication has. Immediate Management and Organizational Vision have approximately 2 x the impact on engagement as say Information and Communication or Customer Focus for example.
