As a rule, the vast majority of all the surveys we undertake are fully confidential. We do not reveal individual survey results to our clients; only aggregate results are reported. There are two exceptions to this rule that are possible: 1. When the employee (respondent) indicates, on one of the items in the questionnaire, that they are willing to share their individual responses with an identified group or person at the organization. This may happen with exit or entry surveys. 2. When the employee (respondent) is clearly notified prior to starting the questionnaire that his or her responses are not confidential and will be reported back to an identified group or person at the organization. This is typically when a boss is completing questionnaire on behalf of his/her direct reports (participant) in a 360 multi-rater type survey.
